James Herriot Centre

TWC are proud to service the James Herriot Centre in Thirsk.

Like millions of people worldwide, you’ve probably read his books, or watched ‘All Creatures Great and Small’, or heard of James Herriot on the TV series The Yorkshire Vet.

Thirsk, North Yorkshire is the place to visit if you are a big fan! There is so much to see and do at the centre and the fully restored 1940’s home and surgery will take you back in time to what life was like when James was practicing. See the car he drove, step into the TV set and even try your hand at being a vet and much more.

The James Herriot Centre was one of TWC’s first customers and we are proud to say that we are still servicing them over 8 years later. With visitors arriving from all over the world it is important that the washroom facilities are kept to a very high standard. We provide that local, personable service to make sure that their soap dispensers, sanitary bins, nappy bins, hand dryers and more recently anti-bacterial hand sanitiser and kept in tip top to condition.

“I always look to use local businesses where ever possible for anything required at our attraction, providing they meet the standard we require for a visitor attraction. The TWC group certainly meet that standard. I cannot fault the service they provide, staff, products or going the extra mile to help.”
